If you think about it the only people that
could possibly do it were people who had irrefutable proof of Jesus.
The people that talked to Jesus in the flesh.
And even then the worst thing than saying Jesus is evil to his face, is nailing him on a cross and knowing he was innocent.
And the whole idea of Jesus dying on a cross was for the very sins of man.
Notice that all accounts of the unforgivable sin were mentioned before Jesus died on the cross, not after..
I think its humans creating their own way to worry everybody with what they think that's right to justify their miserable lives.

The only unforgivable sin, according to the Word of God, is blasphemy. We all may act in a way that we believe is stupid from time to time, but when we realize how stupid that we have acted in certain situations, all that we have to do is ask God to forgive us, and wash us in the blood of Jesus, and we are forgiven according to the Word of God. I know that I have had to ask God to forgive me for some things which I know were very stupid for me to do wrong. But He has forgiven me every single time.

You could not be blamed for ignorance, as one does not know, but to know and be apathetic is stupidity. So I would say the answer is stupidity.
