i need an idea of what to eat on a diet i need some food tips i need to know plz im desperate im 11 yrs old and im not fat but im so short that i look like it and i figure if i could lose some weight i would look better im serious ive tried before no success and i really am anxious plz

If you're not fat, you don't need to diet. You do need to learn to feel okay about being short.

Well , drink lots and lots of water. Eliminate most carbs, always think healthier when eating out. Go for a salad with salmon and stay away from anything fried/breaded or with the words "crispy" in it.

Stick to the tried and true method of exercising and eating right and you will find that the weight will just come running away from your body. =)

Just remember the food groups and how much you should be eating daily. An average person should intake 2,000 calories a day. That should include, fruits, vegetables, breads, meat, and grains.
