Lazarus didn't talk about any afterlife experiences because he didn't have any (he was dead). The bible, and Jesus specifically, teaches that the dead are simply in a sleeplike state of nonexistence, conscious of nothing but awaiting "the resurrection on the last day".

(John 11:11,14,23,24) [Jesus] said to them: “Lazarus our friend has gone to rest, but I am journeying there to awaken him from sleep.” ...Jesus said to them outspokenly: “Lazarus has died... Jesus said to [Martha]: “Your brother will rise.” Martha said to him: “I know he will rise in the resurrection on the last day.”

The bible teaches that nearly everyone who dies simply "goes" to the grave to await resurrection to life in a restored paradise earth, with the hope of living forever under God and Christ. The soul does not survive the body. So what does the bible teach about "the soul"?

A "soul" is a life, with no implication regarding some immortal otherwordly entity. Each deceased life is in Jehovah God's remembrance (with the potential for future resurrection), but the dead do not exist anywhere but memories until and unless the life is resurrected.

(Ezekiel 18:4) The soul that is sinning - it itself will die.

(Ecclesiastes 9:5) For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all

(Ecclesiastes 9:10) there is no work nor devising nor knowledge nor wisdom in Sheol ["hell"]

(Genesis 2:17) But as for the tree of the knowledge of good and bad you must not eat from it, for in the day you eat from it you will positively die.”

(Genesis 17:14) And an uncircumcised male who will not get the flesh of his foreskin circumcised, even that soul must be cut off from his people. He has broken my covenant.”

(Judges 16:30) And Samson proceeded to say: “Let my soul die with the Philistines.” Then he bent himself with power, and the house went falling upon the axis lords and upon all the people that were in it, so that the dead that he put to death in his own death came to be more than those he had put to death during his lifetime.

(Job 33:22) And his soul draws near to the pit, And his life to those inflicting death.

(Psalm 78:50) He did not hold back their soul from death itself; And their life he handed over even to the pestilence.

(Isaiah 53:12) he poured out his soul to the very death

(Acts 3:23) Indeed, any soul that does not listen to that Prophet will be completely destroyed from among the people.’

(Revelation 16:3) And the second one poured out his bowl into the sea. And it became blood as of a dead man, and every living soul died, yes, the things in the sea.

Because it was just as Jesus had described to his disciples in John 11:11 "...“Laz′a·rus our friend has gone to rest, but I am journeying there to awaken him from sleep.”
Jesus described Lazarus' death as being in a state of sleep or unconsciousness. This concurs with Ecclesiastes 9:5, which states, "For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all..."
Lazarus didn't go anywhere, because being dead means you don't exist! All that remains is decomposing flesh that will return to the dust (Genesis 3:19).
Interestingly, Lazarus was Jesus' dear friend and follower, so it's highly unlikely that, if he were to go to either heaven or hell, that he would have ended up in hell. If he would have undoubtedly went to heaven, why would Jesus weep and then resurrect Lazarus from heaven back to earth to eventually experience death all over again? What an unloving thing that would have been to do!
Lazarus didn't go anywhere. He was lifeless; unconscious; nonexistent! That's why Jesus said that he was "asleep" and that's why Jesus gave him life again!

Nobody knows what Lazarus said. Then again, maybe you've got some info i don't, but it was a long time ago.

We barely know what Jesus said.

Because the most he would have done was go to Paradise or Spirit Prison. Not Heaven or Hell. It is Resurrection (given a new and perfected body) then JUDGMENT...after judgment you are assigned to your new living situation.

You don't go directly to Heaven or Hell when you die. That comes later.

Because it never mentions you INSTANTLY go to hell or heaven the moment you die.

Also because God new he'd be coming back to life so he couldn't have sent him to either place.

Hell does not exist yet. It will exist when Christ comes again. Paradise exist and heaven is being created.
