Slowly try going to bed earlier and earlier and after a few weeks your body will get use to going to bed around 10PMish. Good luck with your sleeping patterns!

I think you will have to do it gradually. Don't try it all at once or you will be miserable. Start by getting up at 11 a.m. instead of noon. That night, try to go to bed before 2 a.m. but if you can't, don't worry about it, still get up at 11 a.m. Stick with getting up at 11 a.m. until you start going to sleep earlier. After a few days you can get up at 10 a.m. Do the same thing; continue with getting up then until you are able to go to sleep earlier at night. Keep doing this until you reach your goal. Don't stress and worry about how long it takes you. Let is happen an hour at a time. This way will be the best way to do it without having to take naps during the day.

Good luck.

OMG- honey I have just been going through the exact same thing.
Heres whats happened- I slowly started forcing myself to lay in bed and try to sleep a little earlier every night. I have finally got myself down from the same pattern as you to between 10 and 11 at night, then getting up at 7am. I still feel exhausted every morning like I've had insufficient sleep but I force myself up.
These side effects slowly wear off trust me, stick with it and you'll feel better. Even the loss of sex drive has finally gone- woopee!!!
