TRUTH: Many do. But record numbers of those wives and kids are sneaking over the border to join their breadwinner in the U.S. But most alarming, is the record numbers of dead-beat dads that find an easy escape from their responsibilities in their homeland and in fact abandon their families. There is also strong empirical evidence that even illegal aliens who had good jobs in their homeland still want to be in the U.S. -- most of the world's people want to come to the U.S. because it is a very good place to be for many more reasons than just for a job

also spazz, you say that hispanics are some of the closest knit ever familys, that is your perception.
other peple see their own ethnicities as being close knit too, or more so, and thats their perception. it is how you wish to look at it.

The way it changes the equation is, by them "supporting their families here", they are a drain on our services. It is a net LOSS to the American economy by having tens of millions of illegal alien criminals in our country.
"Them "spending their money here" doesn't help turn a net loss into a net gain as far as OUR economy is concerned. The drain on services provided greatly exceed the benefits.
Deport ALL illegals.

If every American, other than the original Indians is an alien, so what's so different now. Controlled immigration is a better way rather than the impoverished ones waiting to suddenly explode into an uncontrolled invasion by an act of declared or undeclared war on any neighbouring country ( like they say - the grass always looks greener on the other side of the fence ).

What do I think? I think you're full of it. Oh so you know all 12-20 millions illegals personally so you can tell us honestly that the majority of men that come here are dead-beats. All I can say is that I highly doubt that. Why? Hispanic families are some of the most close-knit ever.

A good job in Mexico is still worse than the worst job in U S.I'm sure some come here to get away from family obligations but many don't.Also many don't have their families come illegally.they usually send money home to help them come legally.They know the risks involved coming illegally and don't want their families to risk it.

Why they come is not the point, for good or bad, what is the issue is that the illegals should not be deciding our immigration policy for what is good for them, we as USA citizens have the right to set our own immigration policy for what we need and want.
