NO this is not rude at all. In most cases (especially if it's a party of 22 year olds) they won't care. Look at it as, when you are invited over to someones house, it is customary to bring a bottle of wine for the host. Go have fun, and announce you will be the designated driver:)

despite Congress makes a decision or does not come to a call, any law it tries to bypass would be rendered moot. The mere attempt with the help of legislators isn't something better than political grandstanding. this is such as you asserting you're against worldwide warming. constructive, you're against it, yet you will no longer be able to make it exchange one way or yet another. permit's say this sort of invoice does bypass Congress. each and every of the NCAA could ought to do at that ingredient is sue in the legislative branch and there the notion will die. Congress could attempt to argue that the BCS is a living, respiratory violation of present anti-believe law yet in certainty there is not any violation no count how everybody would attempt to spin the argument. although distant the prospect could be, each and every FBS team theoretically has a gamble to play for the identify. subsequently, no anti-believe rules have been violated. And on genuine of that, there is not any longer something to offer up any FBS team from dropping all the way down to the FCS point the place playoffs are in result. returned, no anti-believe violation. this is not any longer that i'm against a playoff however the financial certainty of the region is that the present bowl gadget with none doubt by any potential generates greater gross sales than any 8 or sixteen team playoff format ever ought to.

Not at all... You are in control of your own destiny. If they don't like it, who cares...
One great trick for a bar is to order a glass of club soda with lime (looks like gin and tonic) or a coke in a short glass (looks like rum & coke).
I would think about taking an empty water bottle and filling it with a colored drink. The other party goers will think you are drinking and not put as much peer pressure on you. If they ask what you are drinking you can say, "some special fruit punch or special lemonade or special whatever"
If they ask to taste it... make a comment about being germophobic or that you just had the flu and don't want to give it to anyone.
Good luck with that...

I usually take a bottle of water or ice tea everywhere I go.
I don't think it would be rude, I take my own drinks to my in-laws even though they have soda, I don't like the kind they get, so I have my water.
So if it is an alcohol party, I would just take my drink along.
Sometimes you could ask if they are having mixed drinks and then you could just have some of their soda with out alcohol in it, just make sure you watch them fix it.

no, it is not rude at all, that way you don't embarrass the hosts, if they forgot to stock your beverage of choice. i don't drink alcohol either, but when i invite my friends for dinner, i provide wine or beer for them. i would'nt think it rude, if they brought their own, when i'm invited they usually have bottled water, lemonade, or sodas on hand for me.

It wouldn't be rude, but if you wouldn't feel comfortable in such a situation, the best thing is don't go.
