i want a small meaningful tattoo on my hip/ bikini line and i also have a belly botton ring, do guys like that? is it sexy?

Depends on the guy. A small one here and there is OK, but largre ones covering whole body parts seems trashy to me.

Yeah okay, I'm not a guy but I wanted to say that if you want a tattoo, then you'll want to be with a guy who likes girls with tattoos. If you meet a "great" guy and he thinks your tattoo is trashy or whatever, then clearly he's not the guy for you. I went through the same dilemma before I got mine, then came to that realization.

who cares if guys think its sexy or not. why would you want a guy who doesnt respect you for the things you choose to do? you need to get a tattoo for you...not for someone else. I love all 5 tattoos I have and would not give them up for anything in this world. my husband knows and respects that.

If you really care that much about what other people think of you, you aren't ready to get a tattoo.
Tattoos should be for no one other than yourself. And any guy who would try to tell you what to do with your body is someone you should avoid like the plague.

Personally the more tattoos the better, my girlfriend has two full sleeves, and a few scattered piercings- but you know to each their own.

tattoo art is trendy now but like all art and fashion runs in cycles. my dad had 'mom' on his arm from a drunken nite as a marine and lived to regret it. remember what you like as art today you will hate another day.
