I am the medic for our RSP, and I have to get my orders to my Finance NCOIC, perosnally. They never send them over from RSP. I would like to print them out, so I could just fill out my 1351-2 (Travel Voucher) and have it ready for when I go to my usual drill instead of getting there and having to find the time to get this all squared away each and every drill.

Thats what I have to do is email them or go to my NCOIC and get them. Half the time my emails go unanswered from the NCO of the RSP. I just want to square it all away before I get there, so I can leave the chain of command to do their work and looked more squared away by being prepared. I know they just log in somewhere and can print the orders with in a minute. I was curious if I could log in to something like that and just do it myself. And for the record, my chain of command does not suck, they get me squared away every time. I just like to be prepared and save them some time.

Only the orders for basic training, AIT, and my unit attachment.

I'm in the air force and even WE have to go through hell sometimes to get a hold of them. Once you get a hang of the ins and outs of the O-room it seems to make things a bit easier though. But you should be able to email or call who ever cuts your orders and have them send them to your military email.

In the Air Force I've heard my buddies can view their orders at will on their personal virtual MPF. I've never done it myself and I'm not sure if the Army or NG has an equivilant to that.
However the general rule is that if you make enough annoying phone calls, they will annoy someone into getting things done. Good Luck
BTW are you deploying or just PCSing? If you're deploying, good luck and god speed.

You can go to your local national guard armory where you have your weekend drills and view your orders or you can goto your Army Knowledge Online account and there's a link on there called iPERMS, that you can view your orders, and print them.

The iPERMS website is slow sometimes so you'll have to be patient.

Your chain of command must suck. Don't you have a seargent that squares you away? Use the chain and keep going up it until you get an answer.

use the chain and request to talk to your battalion Sgt major about this problem,he or she will and should be able to shake the unit full timer to get off their you know what and get it done.
