my bird goes crazy when i try to take it out of the cage?

it doesent want me to get it in the cage and fly around but when i take it out it will stay on my finger??

Would you want to be "locked up" on a constant basis? Give the bird a bit more freetime and go back through the hand taming process. If in doubt go to the library and read up on the specific breed and its habits.
