But, it can happen anytime after one hits puberty. It is simply an orgasm that occurs during sleep. To say he had a "wet dream about you" may or may not really be true at all. Either way, it's a little gross to tell you that. If you are uncomfortable with hearing that, then you should let him know that's not cool. If he wants to take it up a notch, he should be able to tell you straight out. But, if you aren't ready, that's okay. It's okay to say no.

I wouldn't worry about it. If he wants to take it up a notch, he can come out and say it. He's probably just trying to tell you he had a good dream about you, maybe as a compliment.
