all depends... really, there's too many small details on how it could work... where it doesn't work if it's not for religion, personal reasons... that's about it... the second is a bit weak as an excuse... now the real question is... are both people not wanting it or just one side??

yes it is possible if one or both are practicing abstinence but of course their are ways to get around. if they are married then they need a counselor.
