the image formed on the retina of our eye is an inverted image. Then how again can we see an erect image? Tell me how the brain can make the image erect again? whats the process involved?

Your brain figures it out through experience (dropped objects don't fall upwards!). In a famous experiment, subjects wore special prism glasses that inverted the world. After about 2 weeks of wearing them, they saw the world upright.

It is through the same process that you learn any new skill.

ur brain is trained to interpret images which r inverted. just like u have video projection systems mounted on the wall inverted but projecting straight images.

First of all Dave, that was cute! (funny) Maybe it's one of those positive negative things.
the eyes being like a camera, Seeing things upside down and somehow the brain interpets it right side up. I'm not really sure, but you gotta admit, it's a pretty neat design the eyeball.

as u said it s mirroe image and our retina makes us see an mirror image which appears as erect ..!!

i think erect can b seen by concave lens.....
i think u hav passed frm 9th or 10th grade
i had dis ques......in 10th
now im not able 2 answer bcoz i hav left 10th grade since 4rm 4 monthz
