Just cottage cheese doesn't supply you with everything you need. Now if you took a multivitamin and ate a carb source or two as well, it might not be too bad.

And if you are a teen calories is very important. 1800-2000 minimum for teen girls.

I mean, if you just ate good and not unhealthily and still worked out. . that alone would drop pounds. That way you wouldn't have to diet.

Regarding your additional details:

If you eat just the cottage cheese now, you could get pretty bored with it and find you can't eat anymore after so long. Your diet sounds okay, but maybe change your bulk consumption of cottage cheese to something else every now and then. If you just go on it a week and eat other things later, that's fine.

Good luck with that.

you are going to hate me for asserting this: you mustn't consume purely one meals for any given volume of time considering the fact which you isn't getting the supplements and meals mandatory. limit the style of energy you consume in an afternoon to 1200. smash the 1200 energy into 5 - 6 meals an afternoon to maintain your metabolism revved. Your metabolism is almost a furnace, and you are able to shop it fueled and you will burn extra energy. observe: in no way circulate decrease than 1200 energy in step with day. consume fish and unbreaded hen, lowfat cottage cheese would be coated in this. culmination and vegetables are somewhat low in energy, so which you would be able to consume them until you're finished. you are able to incorporate constrained quantities of total grain breads and pastas on your meals recurring as nicely. additionally, drink lots of water to cleanse your physique. with a view to lose the burden and shop it off, you are able to make a existence-type replace. good success!!

tell you one thing, dairy in itself is fattening, and cottage cheese has a good amount of hidden sodium (look at the container)- watch you don't get IBS from prolonged dairy consumption, too much of one thing is no good- I tried yogurt and cottage cheese diet, I have had IBS now for about 12 yrs. It messed me up.
