your doing it right. heres a little trick. get some casein protein, mix it with 3 tablespoons of flax seed oil and drink it right before bed. this will only be 150 calories. this will digest very slow keeping your metabolism high while you sleep. you should lose the 40 lbs in 6-8 weeks if you keep it up.

At 13 i do no longer think of a boy his age is questioning a pair of extreme one-on-one relationship. you're the two nevertheless in junior extreme and that's many times the time the place boys and ladies are "experimenting" around. you nevertheless have something of junior extreme, then comes extreme college, then college. plenty happens to the two boys and ladies for the time of those years. If he's surely a participant, attempt to be certain it for your self or capture him being one, yet while that is somebody who's merely asserting that without certainly information, then merely bypass it off. you are able to no longer somewhat be beneficial until that is proper on your face obvious. If he's, tell him you will decide to stay friends with him and notice the place time takes the the two one in all you. this would the two be an element pertaining to to the hormones that are happening interior him, and in the event that they are it might ultimately calm down as he will become older and extra mature. If it is not and that's his character, attempt to no longer get too linked. you may get emotionally harm via him. Take it gradual with him if it is the way you relatively sense. make beneficial your gentle. If he maintains to be honest and actual to you and treats you proper without wandering to different women for hook-up's and interest and is a buddy, than possibly you are able to think of approximately shifting forward with him. each and every decision you're making could be your guy or woman.

Sounds about right. As long as the calories you are consuming are well balanced you should see some results soon. If not, you may be consuming more calories than you realize and might want to start keeping a food diary and weighing and measuring everything to make sure you are overestimating portion size.

What I heard the other day was that muscle weights more than fat. Soooo if you have a medium or large boned body, and you're working out like crazy, maybe that's why you weigh the weight that you do. Just a thought.

sounds good so far. just make sure the 1500 calories a day arnt just salad. you will lose more wieght if you have 2500 calories that have all the necessary foods to keep you going (protein, good carbs etc.) so make sure you are getting everything to keep yourself energized and ready to take on the day and you will lose the weight faster than u think

Sounds like you're on the right track, unless you have no fat and are just building up your muscle. Although muscle is heavier than fat, it's way healthier. What's your BMI?
