Brother. One mistranslation in the bible and every person assumes that witches are evil! one million. A Witch might properly be any or no faith if she or he desires to be. Witches have been and nonetheless are healers and sensible-women folk/adult males. They have been additionally midwives. The word each and every person of people who state that that's suggested Witches are evil in the bible initially translated to "thou shalt no longer go through a poisoner to stay" yet somebody in the process the inquisition replaced it from Poisoner to Witch. 2. Wicca is many ideals, some relationship to the pre Christian era. regrettably the Gardarian team receives up in palms approximately this fact claiming they have been the gang that started out this. that's a theory it is polytheistic somewhat than monotheistic like Christianity and many different e book religions available. So asserting Christianity and Wicca do no longer mesh (somewhat in accordance to Christians... humorous nonetheless how a number of Christ's teachings are close to to many of the Wicca ideals). 3. i could do a lot of analyze on your very own and sense your way by using this. If deep down it is not any longer suitable to you than do no longer do it. If it feels suitable, save on with that direction. have confidence your instincts. in case you have specific questions i could be chuffed to help or deliver you to a stable source. I very own many books some no longer usual with the Wicca crowd, and that i do no longer declare to be Neo something. i'm in basic terms an eclectic solitary Wicca.

I don't have a religion, what it is is a relationship and I wouldn't change it for ANYTHING ..a lot of religions have "good morals, but people are still sinners and we still need forgiveness and mercy, I never had peace before Jesus came into my life and I am not about to give up now..but thanks for the question, it made me that more sure of what Faith I have. Peace

I've studied several different religions and I think I'll stay an agnostic. I'll fight for others and their beliefs but when someone can show me some undeniable proof of a higher being then and only then will I succumb to that religion.

I'd probably try Buddhism or Zoroastrianism. The former is one of the largest in terms of followers and the latter one of the smallest due its dwindling following. All are monotheistic so they are still similar to Catholicism.

THAT is the essence of one's spiritual quest.

You commence your journey when you begin to QUESTION the religion of your fathers or the one that you presently belong to; its doctrines; its traditions and its practices; and most especially, its shepherds and pastors --as it is written.

By not doing it, then you are merely failing yourself by following 'the blind leading the blind'.

Seek and you shall find, ask and you shall receive, knock and the door shall be opened...

Peace be with you.

I love being a Christian. I'd never want to switch for any amount of time. If I was curious about other religions, I can always look it up on the net (or Y!A).
