my weight is 115kgs...18 stone...5ft11....18 years of age.
going on this diet...

no sugar or juices or choclates and other fatty foods.

300-500 situps a day every day.....
100calories cardio a day every day.
4 days a week weight training...20-30mins
lots of water.

any other tips?

how much can i lose like this in a month?

im looking for about 10kgs?

any pills or something that can help?

It's important to eat enough food that your body won't go into "survival mode" and try to conserve as much energy as possible.

You'll get better results (and feel better) if you eat a moderate amount and don't try to starve yourself. Exercise is a very good idea.

it sounds like you're doing a pretty good job. you'll probably lose 12-16 pounds this month if you literally cut out all junk food and eat reasonable portions of healthy food.
