Perhaps because you're immature.By the way, I think is not your business sneaking in your ex girl.What she does is about her. You;re not the nice man for her anymore,perhaps, and chances are, she have someone better.Who knows,in life some times you're a winner and some times you're a loser.Just a reminder.
