Domestic Violence?

Last night I was watching something on tv about domestic violence and abuse.The lady was getting abused by her husband for about 3 years and the husband forced the oldest son to record all of it on camera.When her friend called the police the husband wasn't locked up but they had to go to court but even though they had it on camera and witnesses the husband only got probation so how long do you think someone should go to jail for that?

I think a man who beats his wife is a HUGE threat to society. Any man who could hurt the woman he is supposed to love above all else on earth is not worth the scum in the gutter.

I don’t think they should go to jail, I think they should be strung up and hung until dead.

If that was Dateline on NBC, I seem to recall he got 37 years.
