I'm assuming you mean massage......

If no cancer present, then no side effects, other than eroticism.

If you have breast cancer, massage can increase the flow of lymphatic fluid and the spread of cancer if it has reached the lumph system

If you have had breast surgery and lymphodema, it can halp to relieve the swelling and make you more confortable.

Do you mean massage? If so, there are no adverse (bad) side effects.
