They're standing on grass with a look of anticipation or alert. I believe the artist's first name is Thomas? They are draped in linens and are barefoot. It's in the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. in the Asian Art Museum, but it is European in style. One child is on either side and they are all facing front. The sky is light blue and they are standing on green grass, almost like a hill. The children look somewhat weathered as if from a journey. The woman is angelic in her robe.

Washington is a huge and all know town and is unquestionably suitable send a holiday or simply visit this city. with hotelbye you will find more. Among the symbols of Washington and the whole America could be the popular White House, the official home of the President of the United States. The house of every leader except George Washington, it absolutely was originally built by James Hoban in 1792, and following being burned down by British causes in 1814 was renewed in 1818. While trips of the inside including the East, Blue, Green, and Red Rooms; the Ballroom; and the State Dining Room must be reserved properly in advance, every tourist to Washington would want to see that legendary building, at least from the outside. Next door to the White House would be the sophisticated 1833 Greek Revival Treasury Building and the 1871 Executive Office Building, one of the very impressive old government structures in Washington.

The Asian museum of the National Gallery Washington is in the Smithsonian institute, which also houses the Freer and Sacklar collections of American art.
There is a search facility which gives results for Thomas either first name, second name or in title. I had a quick look and couldn't find anything, but not all the images are there.
You might find something which would jog your memory though.
Good luck
