go to the drugstore or dept store, most cosmetic lines have an emergency stick or gel or something like that that you can dab only on the pimple and it will dry it up. i just looked and clinique has a product for dabbing on pimples. dab the product only !!! on the pimple. i have never used toothpaste and dont know how it dries up pimples. do not !!!! try to pop it. here are some other guidelines:::
dont touch your face. when you wash your face use only warm water and do not scrub too much. actually with 7 days to go just do what you always do. if !!!! you think getting a facial is a good idea you are mistaken. a facial will overexcite your skin and cause it to break out all over in many cases. the rule is do not use any creams or washes you have not used regularily before. they will change your skin and it could break out all over.
no fast food no soda limit sweets no alcohol. other stressors of skin are shellfish chocolate and some fruits. as for sun, again, dont do anything too drastic right before your wedding. if you have never self tanned before now is not the time to experiment. if you get a small amount of sun it is good, a lot is not good. you do not want to be red or orange or peeling or dry in 7 days. dont take any pills or medicines you never have before, they can affect your skin,
drink water thruout the day, sip it often. dont overdo it, just keep yourself from getting thirsty. it affects your skin.
keep a list with you so you are in control of your errands. check off by day everything you have done.
breathe deeply from your tummy in for count of ten out for count of ten.
it will all be fine.

I would call a local salon that does facials and ask. I know the few times I got a facial they would tell you your skin would look worse before it got better. (all the picking and stuff makes your skin red/inflamed) You do have two weeks to go, so this may not be an issue. Acne can be due to hormones, so if your period is coming up it may be the reason for your flare up. It may calm down by the time of your wedding. Good luck

Steam your face everyday, and try to exercise to a sweaty point to get those pores cleared out.
put a dab of honey on any problem areas to draw out the impurity FAST, without drying your skin!
a facial could work, but it may get worse before it gets better. I personally always flare up right after a facial. If you want to go the facial route go LIKE TOMORROW!
exfoliate with oil free products, I like the swiss ives one and you can get it medicated
this week use a mask containing alpha hydrooxy acid, found in many home chemical peel kits, l'oreal has one, but don't use the lotion since it does contain oil.
it may seem like a sacrifice but try to go with out make up as much as possible to let that skin breath
and don't go over board on the over the counter acne products or you'll get red dry peely skin, and you really dont want that or you'll have no chance to cover those spots up!!

Stop touching your face all the time!
Try a clarifying mask, also Neutrogena makes a clear pore acne scrub/mask that really works. But don't use acne products too much or too often it will stress your skin out more and make the break out worse.
Whatever you don't get rid of in a week can be covered by makeup and I am sure no one will notice!!

If you can afford it, get treated at a spa once or twice for a facial treatment to help cleanse your skin. Otherwise, use an acne cream or astringent to dry out the acne. Keep your hands away from your chin, and try to relax more before your wedding.

That happens to me everytime I'm nervous or stressed. I've found that relaxing does help alot, but sometimes you have to be creative. Try toothpaste overnight, does wonders! Also, Neutrogena came out with a skin clearing makeup that is at least doesn't clog pores. Another important thing - keep hydrated.

If you want the fastest way to get rid of a breakout, you can get a cortisone treatment (which is where a dermatologist injects a shot of cortisone directly into the breakout). You can also use deep cleansers specially formulated for acne. Neutrogena has some really good products, plus a few overnight treatments and concealers.

What kind of T.V. Este Lauder world are you living in...?!?
First of all...it's about you and the guy you're marrying...if he can't handle you breaking out with a rash...he's not the guy you want to marry...and if he IS the kind of person you want to marry...he would crack up with your biologically awkward timing on getting a rash, and he'd still find you beautiful on your wedding day, even if it meant him catching poison oak from you...
Relax...
Most of us guys that have been to more than one wedding, get REALLY high and slightly drunk before the heart-warming-yet-boring ceremony, and would never know from that "unrevealing" dress and vail, that you even HAVE a face, let alone that your "chin" has a temporary cosmetic imperfection that will pale in significance to the "rotunda" and "other" dramatic changes to your appearance that are coming on in the near future when you get pregnant, cynical, and jaded about the whole "marriage" and "motherhood" concept...
"Congratulations!" by the way...
Best wishes from "RU4REAL?..."

First you are probably breaking out from stress...I suggest you get a good over the counter acne cream...Then at least one a day take time out, run a bath, take a sip of wine, lay back and enjoy the moment...The wedding will be just fine..You will be just fine...Good luck....

Try to meditate to get rid of the stress. Stress is probably why its breaking out. That's probably not possible, so go to a dr. if you can and get a quick course of antibiotics. that should clear it up
