I'm about 5'6 and i weigh 119 and im small boned. is that a good weight

Yes. I checked BMI (Body Mass Index) and yours was 19.1. According to chart, the normal range is 18.5 to 24. Since you are small-boned, that is probably perfect.

BMI uses a mathematical formula that takes into account both a person's height and weight. BMI equals a person's weight in kilograms divided by height in meters squared. (BMI=kg/m2).

There is a calculator at site listed below where people can enter height in inches, and weight, to find their exact body mass index.

Small-boned means nothing. People refer to you as small-boned when you have a small frame, which is the result of your weight.

A healthy weight for you is 120 to 140 pounds. I'd say you're pretty healthy, but you could afford to gain a couple pounds.
