If you really want to know you should do the following...
Get your older sibling to buy you a bottle of Everclear and start drinking - and don't stop until you pass out. trust me, you'll never drink again

Lmao, emaciated? What are you talking about? Perhaps you're thinking of another word, because, like someone else has all ready stated, emaciated means severely underweight.
But being drunk is different for everyone, I guess. You just have to try it and see. In moderation, and if done responsibly, it's not dangerous.
For me, having a few drinks with some friends makes for a good time. You can open up more, stupid things happen, you laugh about it, etc. I have a difficult time judging distance sometimes, and nothing stays in one place, if that makes sense. Kinda like you're dizzy, but more constant and without the sick feeling or the "my head hurts" kinda feeling.
My advice, just try it. At first it tastes like crap, but the more drunk you get, the less you taste it. And if you drink more often, you get used to it and the taste doesn't seem to bother you so much.

Emaciated? Do you mean intoxicated or inebriated? Emaciated means starved or close to starvation, malnourished, underweight.
I've come to believe drunkeness depends on the individual, as well as what and how much they've had to drink. You can find happy drunks, dancing drunks, singing drunks, sad drunks, weepy drunks, bitter drunks, angry drunks, violent drunks, mellow drunks..... I myself am a happy, dancing drunk. ;)

Try it Big Daddy, everyone is different.
Why base your decisions on the effect it has on someone else.?
If you are old enough to drink.
Get drunk, in a safe environment, preferably at home, not by yourself, make sure someone has your car keys.
And get smashed.
Then you will know.
You may never do it again.

All depends on the situation in which I am drunk...alone I am a mix of sad...bitter...and angry...around others I am happy...and bitter...but I always love the fact that I just change and I am no longer myself...

being drunk is when you feel liberated from reality. You feel light-headed and verrrrrrrrrrrrrry relaxed. That can be bad in many situations.

Drunkenness is not being in control of your actions. Waking up and not knowing what you did the night before is a scary thing.
