ok, i find it funny that everyone is like Scientology is stupid, because some of the stories they teach in Christianity or jeudiasm, or islam, or hindu, are all kind of strected

personally i think religon is a decent idea but some people take it way to far

as my dad said, if you are going to make up stories, do it the right way with spaceships and aliens

Let me explain this concept in a moderate and non reclusive manner. There is no religion to start off with, there is only one God, so why on earth is there even need for the concept of "religion". Religion is a term coined by paganistic entities and low-brow atheist individuals who live for the mainstream moment of hedonistic satisfaction and elusive personality. It is these people who brought in the concept of false polytheistic idols and false gods to worship. These entities were possessed by Satan since the beginning and tried to delude the message; its result is the whole concept of "religion".

The term "religion" has SEPARATION FROM GOD written all over it. There is only one way and It is like this; each person has to pick from two most important choices in life, and can pick only one of the two, and it is as follows: Choice #1: Follow God. Choice #2 Follow Satan. There is no "in-between" because that constitutes to fraud, evil and rebellion. Which are the ways of Satan, therefore "in-between" is a way of Satan. Name someone who can serve two masters? No one can. Frankly if someone wants to pointlessly argue this it does not matter, because this is the truth and no one with the knowledge of truth can deny it. And not a single person can proclaim it false.

What someone thinks about the concept of truth has no effect on it, because the Truth remains unmoved, and unchanged for eternity.

So to answer your question, all religions are crazy.

Christianity because it seems to consist of followers who base their beliefs on blind faith and teach their religion from a book that no one is 100% sure who wrote, when it was written and can't even agree on exactly what it says.
When you look at the entire history of the world, it's a relatively new religion, or would that be cult?

Any religion can be crazy if it is taken to the extreme. I would say a religion that involves hurting people, or one that proclaims, "If you don't believe in (insert religion's belief here), you are going to hell." I find that to be crazy. Take an uneducated child living in a third-world country who has not been exposed to religion. So, if that child does not believe the crazy religion's practices, he/she is going to hell? I doubt it.

Therefore, I think most religions out there are crazy.

I would also have to go with Scientology. There is just something odd about a religion based on undead alien ghosts that cling to you, and you have to buy a very expensive machine to get rid of them.

The craziest religion is one that turns it's founders teachings upside-down. It's more common than you might think.

This free book has some fun with this situation... and it's free

Buddist is probably the craziest. They take one kid and say he is the dolly lama and he can't get married or have sex his whole life and is forced to live in a monestary giveing up every worldly pleasure. Then they say they are peaceful and did horrible acts in Vietnam. They are still doing it in fact.
They are brutal and practice human sacrifice by killing thereselves by dousing them with gasoline in the city square and burning them up to protest something.
I would say "hay you burn your self up" But they let the religious leaders pick the guy who has to die and for some strange reason it is never them.

Damn, a couple people got to it first. Scientology, the cult masquerading as a religion. Very crazy. Belief in aliens, "mental implants", etc.

You guys may not like this, but historically the largest amount of mass genocide is attributed to three religious groups:

1. Roman Catholic Church
2. Communism
3. Islam

(Sura 8.17: So you did not slay them, but it was Allah Who slew them, and you did not smite when you smote (the enemy), but it was Allah Who smote, and that He might confer upon the believers a good gift from Himself; surely Allah is Hearing, Knowing.)

It constitutes crazy if somebody's god needs his followers to do his killing for him. Jesus Christ will do his own mass killing at his second coming.
