why is it when i have a falling out with a girl, i cut my arms up? i dont know why i do it. i mean, i know the horrible things that can happen and im quite educated. i mean im in the military and a nurse but this sh*t kills me inside. dont worry folks, im not gonna end up in a hospital or anything worse like that, but for all thoes who cut, why do we do this stupid a*s crap???

[(((sorry this is feedback from my question that you answered.))) omg. thank you so much. i have talked to friends that have known him forever and they said he was never like that. i have known him since the 5th grade we are in the 9th grade now. i think he has just started getting really comfortable me. you are definately getting top answer when 4 hours is up. thanks so much.] try taking your pain out on something else. it seems like you are upset and you feel that that is the only way to realease your emotions. i am a gymnast so when i get upset or angry i go into the gym for a long hard workout it always helps to forget about the bad things.

Self mutilation isn't a healthy expression for your inwards feelings. You need to find a healthy outlet for your emotions. When it comes to women, the best cure is find a new interest. Even if you're not "in love" with the next girl, let her know that up front, and just date and have fun. A woman isn't worth living and acting in misery.
