What if a dragon was God? what if God was a female? what if instead of one God there are many? wouldnt that make christians look silly?

Yes it would but the beauty of the situation is you cant prove whether God is any of those things or not. Religion is based on Faith, and we (just as any other religious group) have faith that our perception of God is correct.

What if you were a dragon? What if you were a guy? What if instead of one person you were 5? That would make you look silly!
God is not a dragon. He is not female. He is three persons in one. The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. That's not silly no matter how you or I look.

No one knows "the truth" of the afterlife, despite what they may claim. But it doesn't make Christians or others look silly. It's really hard for humans to imagine what it would be like not to be here, and its also frightening. For that reason we have built up many beliefs around an afterlife.They comfort many people, and there' nothing silly about that.It's okay by me,as long as no one tells me what to believe.

christians don't need imaginatin to look silly the facts should be enough... here's a couple regarding the after life....
firstly heaven is a reward they can never verify... they live limited lives here on earth where life is a guarantee.... in all the centuries of promises not one has returned so it seems they complained because a promise of one who would was made... so here's the concept as we have come to know it.... their god says, this man will die, I will raise him up in 3 days after his death and he will return to you... that was 2000 yrs ago according to the story... and the christians are still waiting, no wonder they rely on blind faith, you know how they talk that the devil will deceive many or the earth will be blind,,, they think it's us, they really got to understand the blind ones are them... 2000 yrs how many more will die waiting before they start to understand they've been duped....

Many people claiming to be Christians believe heaven (dwelling with God) will be a fulfillment of worldly desires, when in fact it will be fulfillment of God's desires, the removal of worldly things, and glorification of Him.
