The story leading up to the great flood is evidence that God made a mistake.

He was frustrated with mankind, so something was obviously not right with the way he intended things to go, and that is why he "pressed the reset button" so to speak.

I don't believe God made any mistakes. God had no press agent or spin doctor.

God's mistakes: giving us free will.
as a press agent I would press congress to legislate a new bill taken all of our rights away one at a time, so we didn't really notice, kind of like whats happening now.

I don't believe God makes mistakes. Humans were given free will and humans make mistakes. Instead of owning up to them or having no explanation of an event, we tend to blame God.

i.e. 911, or Katrina distaters. People ask why God didn't prevent these events? Why didn't we as humans prevent it? (we can't stop hurricanes, but there could have been more done).

most of the mistakes that you talk about are usually from the bible, and as a spokesman I would point out that in every case, time after time, the bible is being proven accurate.

the last big case of "mistake in the bible, was the person of pontius pilot" well in I think 1962, the itallians found proof of his existance. If you knew your history, you would know that the romans kept decent records, he was put to death for the murder of God, and all evidence of him was to be erased.

Further as a spokesman for God, I would point out that you too will perish like this roman did, unless you repent of your sins and confess Jesus Christ as Lord.

Oh yes, and you will be given the talking points as you exit.

Easy, if God does it, then it isn't a mistake. That is the privilege of perfect beings. Its a myth, you have to believe to believe.
