I have saved up $20,000 to buy a car, how do I negotiate with the dealer so I won't have to finance anything, what would be the best approach. I don't want to pay more than my $20,000 Dollars

tell em all you want to spend is $20,000. Be prepared to walk away if they want to upsell you. Biggest key is don't look desperate. Make them the desperate ones.

If you only want to spend 20k, keep in mind taxes & misc. fees which will vary depending on where you live.
