You aren't fat, but you are untoned. Work on total body sculpting (muscle training), but don't worry about losing weight. You may gain weight with all that muscle, but your shape will be more defined and tighter.

And PLEASE be careful about posting pics of yourself in your underwear online - way too many creeps out here. Especially with such a high profile as Yahoo Answers.
I think if you are unhappy with your appearance (and I mean YOU, not the boys in your class or your friends or family), then you can just build some muscle and tone up a bit.
Eating right and getting fit is still a good idea, whether you're fat or not... so just because you look fit doesn't mean some regular activity and a cut back of junk food and soda isn't still called for.

Not fat at all. It sounds like you're not happy with your body though. Remember that your body can be a work of art if you just become it sculptor. Learn how your body works and you can change it. I went from a 135lbs weakling to been 170lbs full of muscle. I'm still a work in progress but knowing that I have control of my body is very empowering. Hope that helps.

You are not fat. A lot of people would kill to have that body. Just work a little or tonning up your stomach and your thighs. But you do not need to lose a lot of weight. And do not worrymhow some people answer this if they do call you fat.

im sorry, but yes everyone is lieing to u, ur arms are big, and so are ur thighs. u need to lose 20 pounds or more.
do jump rope i do 5,000 a day and i lost so much weight i look like a new person, also, i do ab jam every day if u have on demand then u can get it for free, but if not buy it at turbojam.com it really works. and dont drink sodas. walk everydayyy, and yah thats it bubi

you aren't fat. Just need to tone, like me. Try some squats and some crunches. Also fast walking helps alot. If you get into the pattern of exercising, you will be suprised how you start feeling....it actually gives your body natural endorphins, which is what puts us in good moods!

But I'd do some cardio and light arm work. Mid section and arms.

Your not fat at all really.... Just work on your love handles... Do crunches and twist when you get to the top and you will get rid of them quick.
