All religions/groups are persecuted too...way worst than Christians....Ever heard of the Jews during the Holocaust, why do need to complain so much?

Probably for the same reasons gays/jews/blacks etc have all felt feel hated by Christians over the years.
No, actually, maybe not. Maybe it's because Christians claim to be saving people from themselves, which, like the orthodox atheist...is enormously patronizing at the outset.
But I don't hate you, and I think you are using the word 'hate' way too easily. Just a feeling.
Just a guess.
And then you've got Falwell, Phelps, crusading, Popes, Columbus, IRA, etc as prominent purveyors of your religion.
Etc.
It's hard being one of 'God's' people, ask the Jews in Nazi Germany, or the Hindus in Pakistan, etc etc.
Yet victimization or hatred doesn't mean vindication, but it is a common fallacy. Ask the gays who get beaten in Christian countries, and killed in Iran. You think it is because they are sinners. I think it is because religion has pointed it's finger.
Build that fallacy into the religious text, and one can blame everything upon Satan, even one's own actions.

Why can't it be enough that you are happy and content with your faith? Why must you convince others?
I don't hate Christians or indeed any religion, but I must admit that I don't understand why you feel the need to convert others.
If you are encountering 'hatred' that is very sad and I'm sure it's horrible for you - I'm Jewish and have also encountered a lot of dislike etc so I do empathise.
But in your case, could it possibly be that people are just a bit wary and even a tad fed up if you keep trying to persuade them to share your beliefs?
Why can't you just respect that we all have different, but equally valid, belief systems?

You're going to be a missionary and you ask why we hate Christians?
Could it be because you people come to our homes and harass us to join your religion? Many of you won't even take a "Sorry, I'm not interested" for an answer. I've actually had JW's put their foot in the door when I try to close it after saying a polite "No thank you", to try to stop me.
I've had Mormons follow me down the street preaching. And its always two guys that do this because girls are never that stupid. So it litterally feels like an invasion of space and even a possible rape waiting to happen, no matter what they're talking about.
Or how about this... the Christians try to get intelligent design taught in the science classroom. They try to get prayer into schools, but mind you, it can only be Christian prayer. Everyone else has to stay silent.
That not enough for you? How about trying bann abortion, gay marriage, and life saving stem cell research?
Still not enough? How about 2000 years of persecution of anyone that isn't Christian, sometimes in the most horrific mindboggling disturbing ways, and mass murder? Don't believe me, go learn history.
You know very well why Christianity is hated so much. because of the behavior of its members.

obviously you are blind. What makes you think people hate christians? people dislike preachy christians but hate is such a strong word.maybe you do not take no for an answer and continue to preach to them after they tell you they dont want to hear it? that will cause someone to hate you for sure.
as far as your comment on saving the entire world, well all I can say is don't hold your breath while you try or i promise you that you will meet your creator faster than you wish to.

The greatest act of faith takes place when a man finally decides that he is not God.
Johann Wolfgang Goethe
you see, people cannot abide the idea of turning their lives over to someone, even when that someone knows what is best for them. They want to grasp onto their selfish, self-seeking justifications, rationalizations and just plain old sin....they hate the idea of accountability. Hate the idea that the choices that they make today DO have eternal consequences....
I was at this time of living, like so many Atheists or Anti-theists, in a whirl of contradictions. I maintained that God did not exist. I was also very angry with God for not existing. I was equally angry with Him for creating a world.
C.S. Lewis
God exist whether or not men may choose to believe in Him. The reason why many people do not believe in God is not so much that it is intellectually impossible to believe in God, but because belief in God forces that thoughtful person to face the fact that he is accountable to such a God.
Robert A. Laidlaw
The atheist can't find God for the same reason that a thief can't find a policeman.

People don't hate you for what you believe in. They hate being preached to. If you want to go help people, that's great. Help dig wells and build houses, but don't attempt to convert anyone. We know who Jesus is and what he did. If anyone wants to know more, they'll come to you. Being aggressive in your attempt "for every person in this world to fall in love with Jesus" will only turn people away. Lead by example, not by words.

Join the club. As a Pagan and ex- christian I can never tell my dad my real religion because he'd probably disown me. Not exaggerating. Want the icing on the cake? I'm 17 which means I still live at home. Thank Gaia I only have one year left.

of course you dont understand why. you arent supposed to. Did it make sense why the world persecuted a man that was perfect? Your not supposed to get it and your not supposed to care. Keep up the missionary work and know that Jesus will take care of the hearts of the cold minded people.

It offends people, because there are plenty of people who have been "missioned" to before. If we aren't christians yet, what makes you think when you talk to us we'll all of the sudden change our minds?
Think about it? Do you ever hear about rich famous well off people finding god when things are going good? NOPE.
You hear about people who were smoking crack, living on the streets, prostituting, etc, finding god, cuz things have been really cruddy.
We don't wanna hear your statements of "love" because you speak of a god who "loved" us so much that he left us to inherit an earth that is being torn apart.
There are innocent children dying daily at the hands of their parents and relatives, adults dying horrible deaths at the hands of each other, and sometimes even at the hands of children. There is disease run amok and terrorist leaders who run around intent on spreading their way of life to places that have no interest in it.
There are children being subjected to sexual things by people "of the cloth", leaders who claim to believe and still cause terror in other countries because of personal vendettas against their leaders, and are leaving other countries to be consumed with genocide.
Please tell me where you see god in all of that and I will consider the thought that there is a god.

Many people are battered by Christianity(Not part of gods plan)
Many people judge another and hate other peoples differences,
The hate is directed at Christianity, you cannot blame the religion you BLAME the people. To know god on a personal level gives you as much knowledge of god as the pope, prophet, guru, wise man.
