i want to do something inspiring & funny that will make him sure that i love him but also something respectful & so decent. what can i do?

You'll have to do something that "HE'LL" like, not us. Maybe he'll appreciate it more if he knows you're doing something that he likes because you know him than something you got from asking other people. Be sincere and get to know what he likes. Not all guys are the same. Find out what YOUR GUY likes and please HIM!!! That's so vitally important to a guy. Trust me.

This is all dependent on how long you've known him, what kind of current relationship you have and whether he is attached. Do you mean love as in partnership or love as in friendship...I need more definition...
