but none of those seem to work, someone once suggested fo me to not blowdry my hair but if i don't, ill look horrble

Any other suggestions?

Can I ask has your hair always been like this if not what has caused it to go like that?
firstly you need to buy Lanza products for your hair problem.
»Protein Plus Shampoo«, Designed for chemically treated
or environmentally stressed hair because of its ability to restore pliability, strength and shine.
»Leave-In Protector«, Shields hair from heat styling and environmental damage. Eliminates static electricity and frizz.
»Reconstructor«, Compatibility and elasticity are restored leaving hair healthier, stronger and more pliable. Increases the longevity of color and texturizing services.
Redken »»»»All Soft Silk Fuel«, Durable softening treatment instantly transforms the texture of dry, brittle hair to silky softness. Hair has lasting manageability, supple movement and high-shine. this is a new product & is excellent, put this on 3 times a week cover hair in cling film & use dryer for about 3 mins moving it around this will heat up the product & make it soak into the hair better.

Try Garnier Fructis Sleek and Smooth shampoo! It is a great product that defrrizzes hair and gives the moisture your hair needs. For damaged hair i suggest that you talk to your hairstylist. She probably knows your hair best and will give you some great products for damaged hair like yours. Try not to put hot iron or blowddryers on your hair. It will make your hair even more damaged and burnt. Seriously try to google

If your hair is frizzy dry and bushy, your best bet is shine serum and a hot iron.
This will make your hair tame, and the hot iron will make your hair less full.

those little white dots are chop up ends. How do you do away with it? Trim it. it is the only way they're going to flow away. when you get it trimmed, do no longer flat iron it usual. attempt to no longer use warmth on your hair as lots. And once you do, use a warmth protectant product.
