Cacao (pronounced Ka-Kow)
Maya (the first civilization to discover chocolate)
Quetzalcoatl (according to Aztec legend, this god brought chocolate to earth)
Anne ("According to legend, the French court’s love of chocolate was sealed when its new, self-confessed chocoholic queen, Anne of Austria (daughter of King Philip III of Spain), married Louis XIII in 1615.")
Cadbury (not only is it an Easter egg, but William Cadbury was an early chocolate manufacturer. He was an early activist for better working conditions on chocolate plantations)
Xocoatl (The unsweetened chocolate drink of the Aztecs. The "X" is pronounced "sh.")

Finally, cocao beans were used as currency for the Aztecs. Here are they're currencies:
Zontli (equals 400 beans)
Xiquipilli (equals 8000 beans)
