There's this girl I really like and she's moving away in about 1 1/2 weeks and I've told her that I like her before but she said she liked someone else and then she stopped liking him and my friend said when she was camping with her she said if I asked her out she would say yes because she thinks I'm really sweet. But then I did ask her out and she said she was moving in 3 days! Then she decided to stay 2 more weeks. At the town fireworks she was there and I was planning to ask her out again under the fireworks and the stars but she was avoiding me for some reason and she said she wanted me to leave her alone but I don't know why because I hadn't seen her since the last day of school (Like a month ago) And then at the town dance the whole time she was staring at me. I'm 13 and she's 12. She is moving to Kelowna and I near Vancouver I'm going into highschool this year so should I move on or what? I was thinking of getting her flowers or a present because I said I would get her one

You and she are both so young and do not really know what you want. It is best to just be her friend, especially since she is moving away. You can get her a going away gift if you want to, but do not expect anything in return. If you didn't hear anything from her, then you may be just hearing a rumor. Rumors are not always true as you know. You have plenty of time to date someone. Right now you should study hard and do the best you can.

Go ahead get her and gift and take her out on a date before she leaves. This way you will never wonder why you did. Enjoy the time before she leaves and then when shes gone move on. Your still young.

MAKE A MOVE NOW OR MISS HER FOREVER!! You miss 100% of the shots you NEVER take. You two can have a long distance relationship, trust me they do work thats how my parents met and stayed together just go for it man. Do what you said you were gonna do about the present and flowers. Go for it man. ROCK ON!

You poor thing... nobody says you can't still be friends and stay in touch, but I think you should probably move on. Long distance relationships suck.. and you're too young to put all your eggs in one basket. I know it hurts, but maybe someday she'll come back around.. or someday you'll meet someone else who will blow you away.

You need to know when to just give up. True, she may like you but the fact that she is moving away makes her not want to get involved. It is not about you or anything about you, so dont beat yourself up over it.

At your age, the best you can do is to get her e-mail or IM address. Keep in touch and who knows what will happen in the future.
