measure objectivly in competition for Miss of nudity.
Some sources are prone to give advantage to the spiritual values and personality...personally I think that only valid parametar is the excitation of male's part of public and jury...
but, one another question is real cause of the first one- how to measure objectively votes for mister of nudity?

Well yes, objectively speaking, its easy to see a man's response to a female. Women voting on a man's nudity will be harder to observe though, because women feel more on the inside, making the votes more subjective. There are a few objective ways for women to vote: vaginal wetness, nipples becoming more erect, her facial expressions, and the tone of or excitement in her voice. Hope that helps!
