Sorry it wasn't mud it was clay that was brought from the four corners of the earth to heaven. by the Angel Israfel who promised the earth to return the clay to it. And this angel became known as the angel of death, its keeping its promise of returning the clay back to earth.

Adam was created in the image of God. The only time I have heard of mud in creation is the stories from American Indian tribes that have been handed down from generation to generation.

Do we know what heaven is exactly? Also, mud may mean elements here. Also, since God knew Adam would sin he created him from elements he knew were on earth. God knows all things.

I believe Adam was created in the paradise, in the garden of Eden. We do not know what heaven does contain, but I know it is perfect.
