This one's easy. I discovered it when my son wanted spiked hair and his hair has never stayed in place, especially upwards. The hairstylist used it on him when she gave him the cut. Several hours later his hair still hadn't moved! It was called Biosilk Rock Hard Gelee and it lives up to it's name!

Frizz-Ease by John Freida Gel, I forget exactly what it's called, but it's clear and comes in a tall cylindrical tube. It's Amazing.

Try Schwarzkopf Spray Wax. A little bit goes a long way. Buy it on ebay, it's a lot cheaper than going to a salon.

*BED HEAD> Hair Cement
~I used that stuff when I would do the ringlet curls in my ponytail when I was in competitive cheerleading...it works wonders my hair was like frozen that way. The curls never fell out of place, not wind, a little rain, or the heat, or the humidity would make them budge or lose their shape.
.So yes, I say try the hair cement.
