Take some benadryl and try Aveeno skin relief lotion. You also have to go to the doctor so they can give you medicine and ointments. They also need to give you a check-up and get a blood test to find out what's wrong. Take a hot shower too. It relieves the itch. I've had this type of thing before and it'll most likely go away in about a week.

I think that you might have eczema. It's a non contagious skin condition that causes the skin to become real itchy and causes rashes. Set up an appointment with a dermatologist immediately so he know exactly what it is. Till then stay away from fragrances and use Aveeno bodywash and Cetaphil lotion. Those products are real gentle and will cause little to no irritation until you find out exactly what it is.

For now try taking some Benadryl. It is over the counter, and it will make you sleepy. Calamine lotion will also help or aveeno oatmeal baths will help.

Try lotion (no perfume), Benadryl, and/or go to the doctor. Personally, I would try to put "Sensitive Skin Sea Breeze" on it; it may sting, but it MIGHT help.
