LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN MARINADE
1 bottle Italian dressing
1 bottle honey dijon dressing
1 bottle balsamic vinaigrette
1-2 tsp. lemon pepper
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Marinate 1-2lbs of chicken (overnight for best results) and grill. Yummy stuff!
warning: this is delicious

In a baking pan, cover the bottom with olive oil, put in the chicken breasts and turn them over to coat. Add minced garlic, a good amount of OJ to almost cover, and a hearty splash of tequila. Then some chopped green onions. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours. Then just take them out of the marinade and grill!
I used to make this at my restaurant and I called it Margarita Chicken. It's so juicy and flavorful. (And it's not like orange chicken, you can't even taste the orange, it's just part of the flavor.)

Depends..
If you want a marinade or brine for doing fried chicken I use plain old sweet Iced tea, let it soak over night, then batter and fry. (It's a southern thing)
For baked or grilled chicken I cheat. I like the lawry's 30 minute marinades, easy and delicious. I have tried just about all of them, the lemon pepper, ginger, thai, garlic and herb all were excellent.
