Does my health insurance cover Pangel induced carpel tunnel syndrome?

Question

I went to Pangels profile and stared all her questions and thumbed all her answers.

Her patient responses to questions and her gentle way with people indicate she’s a cut above the average person on Y!A There are others to be sure, and I marvel at them but the recent banning of Pangel elevates her to a new category of Y!A martyr.

So I did what I did out of admiration and respect for someone persecuted for her nature.

I propose that other’s and there are many will from now on be known as “Pangel People” the practice of supporting Pangel will be “Pangelism” and though this small jester we might at least honor a peaceful nature even if we don’t posses one ourselves.

Bless you Pangel. I don’t know how you do it sometimes. I’ve spent 30 minutes and answered a single question four or five times because my answers were so polluted by hate that I couldn’t publish it as it was and had to try again.

Thanks for the gift of a better example.

I couln't agree with you MORE on this one. PAngel is truly one of the most admirable people in R&S. And that's why the reportalots are against her. She IS accepting of the widest range of people on here. She will ALWAYS have my total suport for as long as she wants it. Which is, I hope, a VERY long time. (((((Pangel)))))

Glad to see you back!

I think what you're doing is very sweet, but are you sure Pangel would really want you to do this. She seems like the type who would want to rebuild her profile on the earned merit of each question and answer and not on the biased votes of those who adore her. I have no problem with starring her question if it's one that makes me do a double take or give her a thumbs up when she has really hit the mark. However, going through all of her Q&A and awarding stars and thumbs indiscriminately is kind of a sophomoric thing to do. I honestly have a hard time believing that Pangel would approve, though I am almost positive that she wouldn't scold you for it (she is a sweetie!).

By the way, Pangel is many things, but the martyr type she is not! She admitted in one of her questions that she did break the rules a bit recently and that's probably part of why she got deleted. I respect her even more for that, because she is not only nice but also willing to admit when she has made a mistake.

I say we support Pangel as we would any other friend who has had a hard knock, but at the same time, I really doubt that she would want people thinking she only got back to the top because of overzealous friends and not by her own merit.

Sheesh, I'm gone for a week and Pangel is deleted? As much as I hate to do this, it is the right thing to do...

To whoever reported her and got her banned: love and blessings to you. You did not do a good thing, which is all the more why you need love in your life. In honor of Pangel...(((((reporter)))))

Pangel being picked on proves things are "amiss" here. I admit, I get snarly sometimes and deserve a violation or 2 once in a while. But, someone who answers all with kindness and love ? They went too far and played a losing hand. It's all on the wheel. What goes around comes around.

My dad has this and is going to hospital to have surgery on it. One hand at a time. as he is very unlucky and has it in both. He said that the human body wasn't designed to use the hands as much as they are used today, so problems like carpel tunnel syndrome are becoming more common. See what your doctor says, he'll be able to give you advice and maybe offer surgery to correct it.

I’ve been out of town for a week, so am just hearing of this. I don’t get it! I’ve never seen her respond in any way that was unkind to anybody.

When and why did this happen? I am a newbie here and was touched by her Presence in ways I never could have imagined, because she appeared to be so benign -- in the sense that she was all about benevolence, not malevolence. I cannot believe this. I am STUNNED.

She is the most ardent apologist for Jihad on Y&A. Most people have their good points, and the cutsey girly stuff is otherwise cool by me, but I suppose if I just remember the Osama Bin Laden who played volleyball, I would think hes cool as well.

Everytime I, or other people would criticize the most henious bloody doctrines of Islam, she would dutifully apologize for them. The irony is, Islam is first and foremost about the outright unquestioning slaughter of pagans. This is why the Muslims were so merciless in their holocaust upon the Hindus (greatest holocaust in all history), because of their many pagan statutes (pagan to the Muslims anyway).

I know she does this out of ignorance, but thats what makes it even worse. If you havent done your homework on a particular subject, then you have no basis to make any judgement one way or the other, much less, take the side of those who we all know have great hatred for out culture.

But why was she banned?
Is there a petition to sign to reinstate her?
