thumbs down can I get for saying this I wonder?

A lot of Christians/other religious types say they don't believe in Witches. Does that mean we don't exist? If that's the case, if the Witches say you don't exist, do you cease to exist also?

Just checking on the logic behind it all.

Christians you have spoken to probably mean they don't believe in the ficticious sort as found in the Harry Potter movies. There is no doubt that there are pagan people who worship trees and believe if they light candles and chant words that some magical something-or-other will happen, but that's what they do many religions. We don't doubt that someone might incidentally tap into the demonic realm, especially since they have rejected the God of the Bible for this lucky-rabbit's- foot religion, but then they are hardly going to be doing anything under their own power. Whenever you hear that some witch did anything, it is generally very unspectacular, and and you can bet there is a demonic spirit sitting somewhere laughing at thier gullability. Witchraft is condemned by God, because it opposes God, favoring the creation over the creator. God will have the unfortunate last laugh in this, as all who practice occultism, witchcraft, divination, etc are condemned to hell. How foolish.

I am a Christian and I believe in Witches. That is after all another form of religion right? I also believe you have every right to believe and be what you want to be. I can't say that what you believe or what you are is wrong, I have no right to judge anyone but myself. If what you believe sets you free as a person that is what is important right?

Oh, but Witches DO exist. Saul actually visited one who foresaw the future. However, the bible's definition of a witch is a human who uses the help of demons. Therefore it is not allowed for those who follow Jesus.

Oh yes, I hear people say there are no such things as witches and I just chuckle to myself... as I am standing right there... a witch.

You can't 'thumbs down' a question. Only an answer.

(Some of the people here I want to sometimes, though.)

"Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live."

Their bibles apparently believe in them...
