No matter what happens if you go swimming with a fresh monroe, you will be getting it wet. The amount of bacteria in the water will increase the chances of infection tremendously. I would advise against even going into a pool with a fresh piercing, let alone a lake.
No amount of cleaning afterwards will help, it will be down to your bodies immune system, I wouldnt take the risk. Just wait until after you get back to get it done, itll be worth the wait.
Good Luck

ew you don't knwo what is in that water especially since it is a lake so if you really must go try to cover the piercing the best you can and then when you get out make sure you clean it SUPER thouroughly
but ask the people you are getting it pierced by just to be safe

You should definitely NOT get lake water on your piercing. Lake water has so many organisms living in it, it makes it very prone to infection. How about rescheduling the piercing???

You'd be okay to go swimming, since it's a facial piercing, just be EXTRA careful not to get it wet with lake water.
You could put one of those little round bandaids on it just for when you're swimming, that way it would be protected.

Rivers are regularly somewhat grimy. the only way it may be ok is that in case you make certain you do no longer circulate underwater or get the water on the section. do no longer placed something over it - you like oxygen to be waiting to get to the piercing so it may heal.

2 days is not enough for it to heal. Just like you don't want to go into water with any open cuts or abrasions, same deal with piercing. Wait at least one week.

You should not get into the water. You want your piercing to heal. You never know what can be in the water. Please listen to me.
