use a shampoo for thinning hair..I love Nioxin, I don't have fine or thinning hair but it gives it the extra oomph I want to have my hair looking extra full. Nioxin has tea tree oils in it so it tingles at the scalp and smells very minty but love it

if u straighten ur hair with a flat iron a lot ur hair gets damaged and it gets thinner...ive stopped using mine and my hair is a lot thicker...also i would try using a volumizing shampoo and contioner and also a volumizing mousse (garneir and herbal essences r the best) also go to ur hair stylist and ask for a cut that makes it look thicker...maybe some layers good luck!! hope i helped

It's not really possibly to go from thin hair to then, but biotine makes your hair grow longer and faster. There are lots of hair products that will help make your hair grow stronger like Garnier Fruictise. :)

first u need nioxin! any hair supply store carries it, then get a good thickening cream along w a mousse. use lightly daily and your hair will atleast look much thicker...goodluck

Its one of those things where your either born with it, use a product, or eat a lot of one certain type of food, for say protein.

use a volumising shampoo and conditioner then brush your hair upside down first when it is dry

eat a lot of protein, cause hair is basically all protein. also you could blow dry your hair upside down. it works for me.
