I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurities come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://diet4cleansing.tripod.com

First, you could try pairing your exercise plan with an diet plan to help lose weight. You could also try cross-training in other sports and strength-training.
If you still cannot lose weight after all of this, you probably do not need to lose weight at all. I understand that you may not like the way you look, but being healthy is a much better goal than being skinny.
Try to think about the future - being skinny may sound good now, but it could lead to health problems in the future and it is common to gain back weight that should have stayed in your body.

Hmmmm. I wonder, are you in good shape, and need to just drop like 15 'vanity' pounds? If so, it may be difficult, but I would say DIET is the best way to drop those last few unwanted pounds. Also, you may want to switch up your excercise, running is great, without a doubt, but perhaps you should do some light weight training. GOOD LUCK!

It's probably because you're gaining muscle, but losing fat, and muscle weighs more than fat, also eating healthy and well balanced meals would help you cut any access calories that you may be in taking, I mean it doesn't do any good to run 3 miles then sit down with a Big Mac.

Lifting weights will raise your metabolism and help you burn calories while you're resting. Eat a proper balance of all foods to make sure you're not depriving your body of anything, but maybe sugars.
