How much a piercing will hurt really depends on your pain threshold. Mine hurt very badly for about a second then no more pain. I've heard from other people that they've nearly passed out because of the pain. Everybody's different.
How much it would cost depends on where you go. I'd really look into a place. Make sure it is refutable, clean, and that your piercer knows what they are doing. This might make the cost go up a little, but it's better than risking infection or having it not the way you would like it.
If your parents don't want you to do it, there's really no convincing in the world that would persuade them. The most you can do is show/tell them your have researched it thoroughly and that you will be responsible enough to take care of it. If they refuse after that point, you really have to respect their wishes and wait till you're 18/out of their house/not relying on their money.

lol.. it doesn't hurt.. as soon as they put it in your nose will feel a lil num because of all the blood rushing their.. but it honeslty doesn't.. i was really scared to get it done too.. it took me 20 minutes before they put mines it.. take a friend with you to.. hold their hand.. if it will make you feel better..
i live in canada .. nose peircing is done for free.. but it's the stud that costs .. the price ranges from $9 - 25
.. i dont knoe about how to convience your parents.. i was allowed to.

Well, I'm a thirty- nine year old woman who has a nose piercing, tongue piercing and belly button piercing.None of them hurt, but it also depends on the person. Just make sure you get permission and it's what you really want.
Piercings aren't for everyone, especially in certain kinds of work. Especially for me, because i have a degree in Criminal Justice. So just make sure you really want it.

Just ask your parents. My friends daughter just turned 18 and had it done and passed out. She said she it just scared her more. Still it is a big thing so be straight with your parents and ask like and adult.

no idea, when I was 15 my mom let me get my eyebrow pierced, because i threatend to do it myself lol not sure if that'll work for you

it doesn't hurt.
I had my nose pierced twice but my mother almost died when she saw it.
Just tell your parents that you really want one and assure them that this piercing will not change your personality. blah blah blah
