She said hands.....duh!

Lemon juice will work fine.

Also, if you wash them right away with dish soap you'll be fine. Same goes for peppers. The dish soap will remove all of the oils.

Absolutely ever wonder why they made lemon scented dish washing liquid Trick at removing is soaking at least 10 minutes un the liquid or by taking a fresh lemon and place fingers in a center of citrus and turn lemon really grinding the juices in then use a nail manicure brush sold at walgreens and using soap and water gently scrub away garlic residues if smell persists follow steps 1-2

To remove the garlic smell from your hands, simply rub your hands with a stainless steel spoon or other stainless steel utensil. Don't have stainless steel utensils on hand? A little salt or baking soda rubbed on the hands should also do the trick.

If you have some tea tree oil or soap it is really good. Failing that use venegar and lemon then wash you hands so they do not get sore and use a good hand cream afterwards

Lemons are OK but if really want to get rid of the smell use a herb called Parsley works for me.

put plain salt on your hands and work as if it were soap, rinse off and the smell should have gone. saying this, I quite like to smell and taste odd whiffs of garlic on fingers. Once I was well seen to by a female dentist and it was wonderful having her garlicky fingers wandering around my mouth. Oh the joys of yesteryear.......................
