not a small excersize tramp. but a giant one. Has anyone seen a site with this info? Thank you.

In order to figure out the calories burned, please go to this wonderful site, enter your weight, choose the exercise (trampoline) from the pull down menu. Then click go. Then page down and pick the appropriate time frame and it will tell you how many calories you burned!

Hi!

I don't know a calculator... but if you just jump up and down you will not burn half as many calories as you will if you learn some basic moves and put them in routines.

By the way... trampoline exercise is the second fastest calorie burner on the planet - IF you do routines and do the moves with your core strength.
