No one. Pit bulls have gained populartiy as bully breeds so are seen as status symbols now. Most breeders sell them for a min 500. You can go to local shelters and many dogs there are pit mixex and are veru inexpensive. But you must be prepared to train this dog extremely well. If you only have 100-150 I am not sure you are in a financial state to own a dog. Things to think about:
Shots
Lisence
Spay/Neuter
Health issues if any
food
shelter
training

No where if you are looking for a cheap dog then chances are you are not going to be able to pay high cost of veterinary bills, food, toys, grooming, and not to mention all the other stuff like dog dishes, collars, leashes, and obedience class. May I ask what exactly do you want these puppies for. You should only buy a puppy from a reputable breeder or a shelter. You should never buy a dog because its "cheap" for heavens sake you might be supporting a puppy mill.

There are lots of pits here in houston that need good homes. Check the shelters. BARC ( bureau of animal regulation and care) usually has some Pit bulls and they have a cheap adoption fee and come vet checked.

you cant buy a dog for 100 dollars. in less you go to a shealter other that that dogs should cost a good 500 dollars plus

Money should not be your motivation in getting a dog.
Temperament First. Health Second.
Everything else is unimportant.

Nobody that you'd actually want to buy from. Anyone selling dogs that cheap likely has has dogs that are either unhealthy or have bad temperament.

You can't buy ANY breed of dog at that price. You can barely get them at shelters that cheap.
