got my contacts yesterday...?

Question

I know the whole spiel. Six hours today... yadda yadda yadda...

My question is, do I have to change the cleaner in the holders right now? Or should I wait until later when I'm not wearing them?

you don't have to change it now. my trick is: everytime you wear your contacts (lets say for the day) then when you're about to take them off empty out the liquid in the holder and refill it right before you take them off. if you have this habit you'll never forget.

it doesnt really make a difference when you change it, just make sure you have a routine so you know when you do to keep your contacts clean.

Pour the cleaner into the sink. Rinse out the little plastic holder. Allow it to air dry all day long so it is clean and dry when you next need it.

I empty out my lens case in the morning and rinse it with water then allow it to dry. In the evening when I take out my contacts I'll then fill it with fresh solution. I suppose everyone has their own way of doing things, but that's what I've done for years.

wear contacts now, change cleaner when you're ready to put them away. When you put contacts in next time, dump cleaner out. simple as that!

every time you take your contacts out, put new cleaner in the contact case. & every time you put your contacts in, dump out the old cleaner. don't reuse it.

nice
