Contacts are simple once you get used to them.
It's good to have both though, in case you lose a contact, or your eyes get infected, or just to give them a break and let them breathe a little.

I had the same issue about a year ago. I hated glasses and how they felt. I chose to get the contacts, but also keep my old glasses, just in case.
Sometimes my eyes get irritated or I have been wearing them longer than my optometrist suggests, so I remove them and put the glasses on.
If you do go with contacts, I suggest getting daily or weekly disposables. With these, when you take your lenses out at the end of the day (or week), you just throw them away and use a new pair the next day.

Definitelly, contacts are much better then glasses because you got a wider vision and much clear. And of course is much confortable (you don't feel the contacts in your eyes,if them are propperly cleaned and conserved).
But i think you need conserve your glasses as well because you can't use your contacts the whole day (and you need a adaptation time with progressive hours of use) then when you're at home you can use your glasses and your eyes will be rest .
Good luck!!

You should get both. There will be days when you won't want to wear contacts, and if you got an infection you wouldn't be able to. Also, you'll want glasses for after you take your contacts out at night.

Its hard at first to put them in, but after a while its like riding a bike. I have both. I wear my contacts more, because I am vain, and dont like how i look in glasses.
Ask you eye doctor to give you a pair of disposable contacts to try first. If you like them, order more, if not just throw them away after your done wearing them.
Good luck.

It depends on how bad your eyes are. If I put my contacts in, they definitely help with the long vision, for driving, but they reduce my ability to read the fine print. So I can't wear my contacts all the time.

Get both so if you are out of contacts you still have your glasses to rely on.

You should get both because contacts are not meant to wear everyday even though you can, but you will never know when your eyes will get tired and fall asleep. when you know that you didn't get enough sleep that day, you can't wear contacts unless you remove it before you know that you will fall asleep.
